Evaluate (Free)

The free tier lets you explore AnywhereSCADA with no credit card required:

8-hour active windows — start a session, and all services are live for 8 hours
Unlimited resets — start a new window any time, with no expiration
All features available — broker, historian, and alarms all work during active windows
30-day data retention — data older than 30 days is automatically removed

When the 8-hour window expires, connected clients are gracefully disconnected.

Production — $49/month

For always-on deployments:

Always-on MQTT broker — no session time limits
Real-time dashboard — live metric monitoring 24/7
Multi-space isolation — create and manage multiple spaces
Share spaces with other users via role-based access
Email support
500K metrics included — usage beyond that is billed at $10 per additional 500K block

Add-Ons

Add-ons extend your Production subscription with additional capabilities. Each is billed monthly and added to your existing subscription.

Add-ons can be enabled or removed at any time from the Add-ons page. Changes are prorated.

Enabling an Add-On

Navigate to Add-ons from the account menu
Click Subscribe on the add-on you want
The add-on is added to your existing subscription and activates immediately

Removing an Add-On

Navigate to Add-ons
Click Remove on the active add-on
The line item is removed from your subscription with prorated credit

If you remove the Historian add-on, historical data collection stops and retention reverts to 30 days.

Production plans include 500,000 metrics. A metric is counted each time a Sparkplug B data message is received by the broker. If you exceed the included amount, additional usage is billed at $10 per 500,000 metrics.

Viewing Usage

Navigate to Usage from the Spaces dashboard to see detailed usage analytics:

MQTT Publishes — total messages received this month
Historian Storage — current storage usage against your plan limit (100 GB), with a progress bar
Storage Compression — compression status, data before/after compression, compression ratio, and space saved (TimescaleDB automatically compresses older data)
Storage by Space — per-space breakdown of storage usage (if you have multiple spaces)

The system will never cut off data ingestion without notice. If you're approaching your plan limits (80%+), a warning is displayed with an option to upgrade to Enterprise.

Update your payment method
View invoices and payment history
Download receipts
Cancel your subscription

Click Manage Subscription on the Add-ons page to open the billing portal.

Cancellation

When you cancel your Production subscription:

Your plan reverts to the free Evaluate tier
Connected MQTT clients are disconnected
All add-ons are deactivated
Data retention reverts to 30 days
Your data and configuration are preserved — resubscribe any time to pick up where you left off

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

Your spaces are temporarily suspended (MQTT clients are disconnected)
You'll receive email notification from Stripe
Update your payment method in the billing portal to restore service
Spaces are automatically reactivated once payment succeeds
